How do you manage leap years for document scheduling?

There are 2 scenarios when leap years can influence the scheduling.

1. When you define a release on a specific date. In this case, the system will not allow you to enter Feb 29th on a non leap year.
2. When you define a periodic release. If you select Feb 29th as your release date, all releases falling into a non leap year will be delivered on Feb 28th.
